The USC Ultimate Community is composed of three teams:

  • Hellions of Troy (Women’s)

  • Lockdown (Men’s A-Team)

  • Blockdown (Men’s B-Team)

As a group, we host social events, mixed practices, tournaments, disc golf gatherings and many other fun activities as much as possible. Whichever team you join, you’re joining a strong group of friends for the rest of your time at USC.

What can you look forward to?

  • Weekly Cookie Nights

  • Frisbee Prom

  • Frolf

  • And much more.

Additionally, we look to stay engaged with the local community and frisbee community of Los Angeles, arranging multiple volunteering events each year and also competing and helping in beach tournaments.
